A PR and Networking Extravaganza with Chef David Middleton at the Vegas Wine & Food

The ultimate food decision is still up in the air for Chef David Middleton Marche Bacchus ’ Executive Chef David Middleton but the cuisine category is set.
“I’m definitely going to do something that sticks to traditional French whether its something like an escargot, a frog leg or Torchon. I think I’d like to offer something that we do offer here so people can taste it and know they can come get it at our restaurant,” Middleton said.
Although theirs is still the unknown about exactly what to expect to be served up at the event from Middleton, one thing that isn’t in question at all are his high expectations and keenness for the event in general. A gathering point for some of the city’s best restaurants and chefs is enough to spark a little intrigue in anyone, but it especially hits home the participants themselves. A chance to gather, mingle, make new introductions and do what they do best, the chefs are just as excited as the guests.
“I’m looking forward to meeting a lot of the other restaurants. I know there will be restaurants from both off the Strip and on the Strip, so I think it’s kind of a cool group and mix of both. I’m hoping to get to know some of the off-Strip chefs and restaurants and kind of develop a community to maybe do some future projects with them,” said Middleton. “It’s a good PR thing as well to get our name out there. We’ve done a lot of changes over the year it’s kind of up’d the ante, so we’ll let people know we’re not just a wine shop anymore that we’ve got a nice bistro attached to it now.”
